The sound features of Flash uses a tool called as sample rate. The key point of the tool is when the the sample rate is low, the condition of the file size is also low. If you prefer to adjust the rate of a particular sound, say for instance, into an
MP3 file, you need t go to the dialog box for Publish Settings. There you need to choose the File menu, then the Publish Settings. By clicking on the Set button, you will be able to change the compression and rate of the sounds.
