Of course, web design corporations and professional web designers are promoting the use of Flash programs to those people who are up to learn the basics of
web design techniques. They use their professional stand or status to make their convincing more powerful. As for me, I do believe that Flash is one of the best web designing softwares available to hundreds of aspiring or experienced web developers. With Flash, I learned to create a couple of cool animations, great effects, and to embed Flash elements in some of my websites.
